Free plan
The Free plan is available to everyone with no time limit. It covers the core project management capabilities that small teams need:

The Free plan is fully functional for project management. It is not a trial — there is no expiration date and no feature degradation over time.
Pro plan
The Pro plan removes member limits and adds advanced collaboration and customization features:

- Custom fields on work items
- Advanced analytics and charts
- Teamspaces
- Guest access for external collaborators
- Priority support
- 50 GB file storage

The Pro plan is billed per member per month. Annual billing is available at a discount.
Business plan
The Business plan adds governance, compliance, and enterprise-grade controls on top of Pro:

For organizations that need to run SetGet on their own infrastructure, self-hosted plans are available with either the Business or Enterprise feature set. Self-hosted deployments use a license key for activation. Bkz. License Management for details.

TIP
You can start on the Free plan and upgrade at any time without losing data. All your projects, work items, and settings carry over to the new plan.
WARNING
Downgrading from a paid plan to Free will disable features not available on Free (custom fields, teamspaces, guest access). Existing data created with those features is preserved but becomes read-only until you upgrade again.

Can I try paid features before upgrading? Contact the SetGet team to request a trial period. Trials are available for Pro and Business plans on a case-by-case basis.
What happens to my data if I stop paying? Your workspace reverts to the Free plan. All data is preserved, but paid features (custom fields, teamspaces, SSO, etc.) become read-only. You can upgrade again at any time to restore full access.
Can I mix plans within a workspace? No. A workspace has a single plan that applies to all members. If you need different feature sets for different teams, consider using separate workspaces.
Is there a non-profit or education discount? SetGet satis ekibiyle iletisime gecin to discuss special pricing for non-profit organizations and educational institutions.
