Calismaniz
Your Work is a personal dashboard that aggregates work items relevant to you across every project in your workspace. Instead of visiting each project individually to check your tasks, Your Work gives you a single place to see everything you need to act on.

Your Work is organized into three sections, each showing a different relationship between you and the work items:
Assigned to Me
This section lists every work item where you are an assignee, across all projects in the workspace. It is the primary section for understanding your current workload.
| What it shows | How items get here |
|---|---|
| Work items where you are listed as an assignee | Another member assigns you, or you assign yourself |
| Items from every project you have access to | Automatically aggregated |
| Active and completed items | Both are shown; filter to hide completed items |
Use this section to answer: "What do I need to work on?"
Created by Me
This section lists every work item you created, regardless of who is currently assigned.
| What it shows | How items get here |
|---|---|
| Work items where you are the creator | You created the item via any method (quick add, modal, API) |
| Items from every project you have access to | Automatically aggregated |
Use this section to answer: "What have I reported or requested?"
Subscribed
This section lists work items where you are a subscriber. Subscriptions happen automatically when you interact with an item (comment, get assigned, get mentioned) or manually when you click the subscribe button.
| What it shows | How items get here |
|---|---|
| Work items where you are a subscriber | Auto-subscribed via activity, or manually subscribed |
| Items you are tracking but may not be assigned to | Useful for monitoring items owned by others |
Use this section to answer: "What am I following?"
Tum projeler arasinda filtreleme
Each section in Your Work supports the same filter system available in project views. Because Your Work spans all projects, you gain access to the Project filter property:
| Filter property | Use case |
|---|---|
| Project | Narrow to items from a specific project |
| State | Show only In Progress items |
| Priority | Focus on Urgent and High priority |
| Cycle | Filter to the current sprint |
| Due date | Show items due this week |
| Label | Filter by a specific label |
Example filter configurations
| Goal | Filters to apply |
|---|---|
| See only my active work | Assigned to Me section + State is not Done, Cancelled |
| Focus on current sprint | Assigned to Me section + Cycle is "Sprint 14" |
| Review items I reported that are stale | Created by Me section + Updated date before last 14 days |
| Track high-priority items I follow | Subscribed section + Priority is Urgent, High |

Your Work supports all standard layouts:
| Layout | Best for in Your Work |
|---|---|
| List | Quick scanning of your personal task list |
| Kanban | Visualizing your workflow across states |
| Spreadsheet | Reviewing and editing properties in bulk |
| Calendar | Seeing your upcoming deadlines |
| Gantt | Viewing your timeline commitments |
You can also configure display options (grouping, sub-grouping, ordering, direction, display properties) independently for each section.
TIP
A common setup: use List layout grouped by Priority with order set to Due date ascending in the Assigned to Me section. This puts your most urgent, soonest-due items at the top.

- Pin Your Work as your start page by navigating there first each morning. SetGet remembers your last visited page.
- Use the Subscribed section sparingly. Unsubscribe from items you no longer need to track to keep the list manageable.
- Combine Your Work with notifications for a complete personal workflow. Your Work shows the current state; notifications show what changed.
